He's not even thinking about sex, he's just thinking about spending time with her, even if he's far from unaffected by her. But there's no hurry, and he can e-mail Nuada later. For now, he simply keeps his arms wrapped around Caroline, somehow manages not to think about how sexy she is in his shirt (the migraine is helping), and he asks, against her hair, "Have you eaten enough?"

Now that he has lived through hangovers himself all over again, he can very much sympathise with the way she must be feeling, on top of the nightmare.
